1) I am looking for holiday rental

 

  • What kind of services do Happy Few Properties provide ?

 

Our company is a real estate agency based in Nice. We offer services for both landlords who own a property and guests who want to stay in a holiday rental on the French Riviera. For our guests, we offer holiday rentals with services through our packages and our “à la carte” services with our concierge.

 

  • How is Happy Few Properties different from another estate agency ?

 

Happy Few Properties bring you a different way to stay in holiday rental in Nice and its surroundings. By providing all the services that you can find in a hotel, we want to make sure that you will enjoy your stay on the French Riviera.

 

  • Why should I make a reservation through Happy Few Properties ?

 

By making a reservation with us, you can have the benefit of “a boutique hotel” whether in an apartment or in a villa of your choice. All you have to do is to enjoy your holidays without taking care of problems such as finding a housekeeper during your stay.

 

  • What kind of properties do we provide for holiday rentals ?

 

Happy Few Properties can provide villas, apartments and chalets in Nice and its surroundings, in Saint-Tropez, Cannes, Antibes, Juan-les-Pins. We are planning to launch our concept in the French Alps for winter time in Auron, Isola, Valberg. All properties are recently refurbished and designed. Most of villas have a swimming pool and have a great location (close to the beach or a wonderful sea view). We want to make sure that you will have the comfort and the luxury that you can find in a hotel.

 

  • How long can I stay in a property in holiday rental ?

 

We want to give you as much flexibility as we can. You will be able to make a reservation whether for 2 nights or 6 months. If you are looking for a long term rental, you can contact us directly.

  • What kind of services can Happy Few Properties provide for a holiday rental ?

 

All our holiday rentals include our Home sweet home package

(description our services en pdf).

If you want to stay as a VIP, you can choose our Prestige package (lien pdf). So it is up to you!

 

You will just have to choose between the Home Sweet Home or the Prestige packages.

Also, Happy Few Properties offer à la carte services. You can ask for a reservation for an excursion, a transfer, a restaurant, or other requests (as long as it is legal!) lien pdf

You can contact us directly to visit a property. We will arrange an appointment for you.

 

  • I have a suggestion about your website or your company

  • What are Happy Few Properties booking policies ?

 

You cannot make an online reservation through our website. If you want to know the availability of a property or to make a booking, you need to contact us directly.

For all bookings, you need to make an advance payment of 25% of the total amount of the rental at least 30 days before your stay. Without this payment, Happy Few Properties will not be able to confirm your booking.

Don’t forget to confirm your arrival time at least 48h before your check in. If you have any delete on your arrival, please contact us as soon as you have the information?

 

  • What are Happy Few Properties payment policies ?

 

You will be asked to pay the total amount of your holiday rental at least 20 days before your stay. We don’t accept international check. You can make a payment transfer directly to our agency. For other request regarding the payment you can contact us.

A holding deposit will be asked for your holiday rental. You can send it through a bank transfer from your country to our agency bank account at least 20 days before your stay. This holding deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay. We will ask you to pay housekeeping fees and the administrative fee at the same time.

In case of damage, the landlord will keep a part or the total amount of your deposit.

 

  • How can I change the date of my reservation ?

 

If you want to change the dates of your reservation, you have to contact us as soon as possible. We have to check the availability of the property with the landlord. The price could be different.

 

  • What is included in your price ?

 

All our holiday rentals include the price of the holiday rental per week or per month, the VAT at 19,6%, our Home sweet home package with an access to our concierge services, our commission at 25%. The price is set according to the capacity of the property and not according to the number of persons actually renting the property.

For some properties, you will be asked to pay telephone, electricity and other extra charge after your stay. You will be able to pay these extra charges with a part of your holding deposit.

 

  • What is your cancellation policy ?

 

If you want to cancel your reservation at least 30 days before your rental, the advance payment will not be refunded.

If you are planning to cancel your reservation less than 30 days before your rental, all payments made will not be refunded, if we cannot find another tenant. If we find another tenant for the period you initially booked, we will refund you the total payment, except the advance payment.

 

If the landlord decided to cancel the holiday rental, he or she will have to refund the guest with any payments made.

 

  • Does the price of the holiday rental include housekeeping fees when I leave ?

 

We do charge additional housekeeping fee for all of our Properties. This price depends on the type of the property, the square meters and the number of people. We usually set this price in advance. It varies between 50 euros for a studio to 200 euros for a large villa.

 

  • Can I come with my pets ?

 

Some properties accept pets, some others do not. For each property you will find a full description and an indication whether pets are allowed or not. Like in a hotel, only small dogs and cats will be accepted and no other kind of animals.

 

  • Do you provide linen and towels ?

 

A lot of real estate agencies will ask you a contribution per week to rent linen and towels or bed for babies.

With Happy Few Properties, linen and towels are included in the price of your holiday rental.

Don’t worry!

You do not have to take your linen or towels.

 

  • What are the check in and check out time ?

 

The check in time is at 2 pm. We can arrange, upon request an earlier check in time if the property is available.

The check out time is at noon. In case of late flights we can keep your luggage with us until your departure.

Please note that our agency will charge extra fee for early or late check in and check out.

For check in or check out:

- before 6 am→ 100 euros

- between 6 am and 8 am→ 50 euros

- after 9:30 pm→ 50 euros

- Between 9:30 pm and midnight→ 100 euros

- From midnight to 6 am→ 200 euros

 

  • Can you provide amenities for babies ?

 

If you have a baby, we can provide, upon request, baby cribs with linen, high chairs or other amenities.

You don’t have to pay any extra charge but you need to ask us when you make your reservation or at least 2 weeks before your arrival.

 

  • Does the price of my holiday rental include housekeeper or a private driver during my stay ?

 

If you need a daily housekeeper, a private driver, a chef or a coach during your stay, you just have to ask us and we will provide you those services. Those services are not included in the price of your holiday rental. If you need those services during your stay, you just have to tell us when you make your reservation.

 

  • Could you pick me up or drop me off ?

 

You need a transfer from the airport, station, port or anywhere else when you arrive?

Happy Few Properties can provide you those services. Also we can arrange a transfer from your residence to the airport or another place.

 

You just have to ask for this service when you make your reservation. It is not included in the price of the holiday rental.

 

  • I would like to make an excursion, could you arrange this for me ?

 

If you want to make a private or a group excursion, we can arrange you one.

You want to go to Monaco or Saint Paul de Vence?

Relax, we take care of everything!

You just have to make your reservation 48h before the day of your excursion. You will find at your property all the details of the excursion that you can have. All excursions include a pick up and a drop off at your residence.

 

  • I want to rent a car during my stay, how can I do ?

 

If you want to rent a car, we can make a reservation for you. All you have to do is to ask us when you make your reservation.

 

  • What kind of services your “a la carte’ package or Concierge services include ?

 

Need a reservation for a scuba diving in Saint-Jean Cap Ferrat or a supermarket delivery during your stay, our concierge services will provide you everything you want (as long as it is legal!)

We can provide:

- A reservation in a restaurant, beach or other places

- Private driver, housekeeper, nanny, private chef

- Excursions, transfer, private tours, shopping

- Coach

- Supermarket delivery

- Organisation of dinners, parties at your residence

- Car rental

- Laundry services, daily towels, bathrobe and slippers

- Daily continental breakfast at your place with newspaper

- Massage and beauty care at your residence.
