Our team is young and dynamic :

Julien Fadeuilhe

Graduated at an architecture school in Paris, he decided to focus his career on the real estate market. He worked for 3 years as a negotiator at Century 21 in Mont Boron. Thanks to this background he decided to combine his experience in architecture and in real estate in order to become an interior design architect in Paris.

Born in Nice, he launched with Jade the concept of Happy Few Properties.

“Our idea is to give our customers all the services and benefits that you can find in a luxurious hotel during a holiday rental. What we want to offer to our customers is the concept of a boutique hotel in a villa or an apartment that they choose as a holiday rental”

 Jade Ottombre

Graduated with a master in history and political science from the Sorbonne University in Paris, she decided to combine her education in history with a Master in Management and marketing at UC Berkeley in California. Her experience as a marketing coordinator at the W hotel in San Francisco gave her a strong skill in marketing in a hospitality environment. Then she worked in London for an e-commerce start-up specialized in the reservation of activities and excursions all over the world.

Thanks to this experience in tourism, she decided to launch with Julien, the project of Happy Few Properties.

“What I wanted to create was a unique atmosphere for each villa and apartment in a holiday rental. Close to a “boutique hotel” concept, Happy Few Properties wants to give our customers the sensation to be in their “home sweet home”. The idea was to provide our customers all the advantages of a luxurious hotel without the inconvenient, such as the lack of privacy.

In a word, our customers could choose a villa or an apartment wherever they want to stay with the same services as a hotel”.
